- One day my grandma was over at my house for dinner. Right after dinner i had to go change and go to practice.

- Her comment, though it was not intended to hurt my feels or anything she was just watching out for me, made me feel 10x more uncomfortable.
- After a couple of practices i slowly got more comfortable in the volleyball uniform.

- wow! do you really like them? I didn't think they looked good, i feel kind of uncomfortable actually.
- After a couple weeks of playing, i slowly got used to the shorts, i grew comfortable with them, knowing girls like me were also uncomfortable, and that i wasn't alone. I had very supportive teammates that helped me through my fear.
