- Total wellness includes more that physical health. It includes social & mental/emotional health.
- Mental health is how we emotionally & mentally deal with events in life. When situations become stressful or upsetting most people respond using defense mechanisms. Defense mechanisms are common solutions to our daily lives, some are useful & some may do more harm that help.

- Examples of Defense Mechanisms;-Denial: Refusing to accept reality-Projection: Blaming other for unpleasant feelings-Sublimation: Turning unacceptable behaviors into acceptable ones-Regression: Going back in time when there was no threat-Compensation:Trying to make up something not received & or lostect...
- Social Health is how you interact with he people around you. This includes your friends, family & strangers. Social health includes how you treat people & how people treat you. If you have a person that you consider to be a friend yet he or she talks down to your or does not car about you, then likely he or she is not a friend. But how do you treat your friends. Do you always put them down, make fun of them a lot, or do you complement them when the do good, or do you say nice things to & about them. Theses things say a lot about your social health.

- Traits of a true friend;A true friend that you can trust, someone that you trust not to lie to you. Also a true friends is someone that is helpful, if you need something your friend will help. Also a person that you can talk to about stuff either minor or major & they will keep it confidential unless you or someone could get injured or worst.
