I recently went to an Employee management workshop. I can use the DECISION MAKING PROCESS to assist in this situation.
STEP 1: IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEM
Our problem is that a catered meal to be delivered for a wedding reception has been compromised due to accident on route to the location.
