- Anaphase
- Interphase
- During Interphase, the chromosomes are not visible but they still double. The cell also grows and develops. Interphase has a longer process than mitosis. This stage occurs between cell divisions.
- Telophase
- Prophase
- During prophase, chromosomes condense and become visible. Because of this, its easier to move around.

- Metaphase

- During metaphase, chromosomes line up in a single file line in the middle of the cell.
- During anaphase, the sister chromatids separate on opposite poles.
- During telophase, the cell starts splitting into two and it creates two nuclei. Also, Diploid daughter cells are made just like the parent cell which is the stage of cytokinesis.
- This process is what helps your body grow and it produces cells to help your body in events such has getting injured. If we didn't have this process then we would not be the size we are now compared to how we were as a baby.
