- None of the men realize how hard a woman's life is here in the colonies, especially enslaved woman. I always have to work from sun up to sun down. I just wish I was like one of those wealthy women. They don't have to work as hard as I do.
- Honey, you know that you can't help me because you have to manage the household.
- Hey! First of all. I'm not being sexist to you. Secondly, you have to obey me because that's what the law states.
- Fine! If I have to obey you, then I won't live here anymore!
