Storyboard Tekst

  • Oh No!!! Where did my Chicken Wings go! I'm really hungry, I have to find it!
  • Inside the Fried Chicken
  • Hello! I am Mr.O2! My extremely forgetful owner dropped me, and my molecule friends on the way to school! Hopefully he finds us before we start rotting! Anyways, you may be wondering how I got here in the first place. So I'm here to show you!
  • One Day an Oxygen Molecule was floating around in the atmosphere, and it was suddenly inhaled by a dog! The molecule eventually went through the process of cellular respiration, in which glucose and oxygen are broken down, in order to release ATP energy, Water, and Carbon Dioxide. This all happens within Mitochondria! Aside from ATP, animals receive energy from eating fruits/foods that contain certain food molecules or atoms.
  • Consumer
  • After Cellular Respiration, the CO2 released gets absorbed by plants. Then the process of photosynthesis occurs, in which sunlight, carbon dioxide, and water is used to produce glucose and oxygen. This occurs within the Chloroplast. The sunlight is also used to provide energy, for the plant to produce fruits.

  • Producer
  • After fruit/food containing oxygen molecules get consumed, animals and humans produce feces. These feces eventually get broken down by decomposers, releasing nitrogen and carbon in the process. The oxygen stays inside of the worms body until released or consumed by another animal.
  • Decomposer
  • The chicken eventually consumes the worm, that contains trace amounts of oxygen in it. The chicken also receives oxygen when inhaling. This oxygen is present, while being turned into fried chicken. That is the process of which O2 Molecules are found in food!
