- You really mean it Mama?! Thank you so much, you have no idea how much this means to us!
- I would like to give the remaining $6,500 to you for your liquor store, and to Beneatha for her schooling to be a doctor.
- The Younger family lives in a very small apartment in Chicago. Mama's husband, recently passed away, leaving $10,000 of life insurance bound to arrive soon. Walter and Beneatha want to use the money most out of everyone, but they are having a hard time picking who should take the money. Ruth suddenly falls feeling ill, so she sees a doctor only to find out that she is pregnant!

- Willy Harris took all of the money that was given to him for the liquor store plan and took off.
- Walter feels as though his family does not understands his wishes to open up his own liquor store. He wants to be able to move forward in his life, however, she refuses to hand down the money to him and courageously chooses to invest in a new house located in an all-white neighborhood.

- Thank you very much Mr. Lindner for stopping by. I just wanted to call to inform you that I accept your generous offer.
- I would like you to to marry me and come with me to Nigeria to become a doctor there.
- After Mama chooses to buy a house for the family in Clybourne Park, she makes a smart decision by passing off the remaining $6,500 to Walter and Beneatha's. Mr. Lindner pays the Youngers a little visit to offer a significant amount of money for them to stay out of the neighborhood, but the family refuses to take the offer.
- Resolution

- Bobo comes to the appartement to give the Younger family some unfortunate news that will soon affect everyone, especially Walter and Beneatha.
- Walter, please do not tell me that this is true!
- I am so sorry Mama. I even forgot to put aside the $3,000 into the bank for Beneatha's medical schooling; she is going to be crushed.
- Walter decides to call Mr. Lindner and accept his offer in order to receive some of the money back while Asagi meets up with Beneatha to discuss their future together.
- Good to know, I will let you know when you'll be expecting the money.
- Asagi, I'm not sure. I need some time to think about this big decision
- Walter realizes that he can't trade his pride for money, so he kicks Mr. Lindner out of his home and tells him to get lost. Then, the Youngers finish packing and move to their new house in a celebratory mood.
