- The first time Cynthia arrived in the US to study abroad in hopes to chase her American dream.

- When Cynthia first met the love of her life, she felt like that there is still hopes in her dreams. She then got married to him and not long after, the couple were blessed with a baby boy.
- She struggled day to day and finally her hopes and happiness lasted only for so long.
- After her divorce she decided to give up on her American dreams and went back to Bali with her son. Her past experienced will always haunt her, but atleast she now lives happily with someone who loves her and her son.
