- Stomach acids are chemical barriers in the first line of defence, which aim to kill the pathogen through acid, however, this virus continues on despite the acid
- Mucus is generated in cilia hairs in order to push the norovirus out of the bod, however, the virus continues on despite the physical barrier of first line of defence.
- Oh no!, the pathogen made its way past the first line, so the body is now sending more and more white blood cells in blood to the infected areas, deploying more 'soldiers', inflammation.
- The phagocytes still could not catch up to the pathogen, despite hits from a fever! Next up is the third line of defence.
- At the inflammed spot, an increase of blood cells appears, in it, is more and more white blood cells, phagocytes, which chase and swallow the pathogen.
- Seeing as all the previous attempts (general) to rid the pathogen did not work, it is time for the body to act on targeted defence mechanisms.

- Finally!, my antibodies found a match, matching the shape of the identifiers on the pathogen, time to clone and finish them for good! And then we can store this into memory to quickly combat quicker in the future.
