- I'm running the simulation for our project.
- It's a self-learning world simulation that advances based on stuff that happens in the real world and it makes some stuff up. The people believe in 2 different things. Some of the people believe in religion and the other believe in something way cooler. Science
- What kind of simulation?
- No they perceive it as if they were actually alive. They think it's totally real. And they believe in this thing called genetics. I was reading about it and they say that a trait is passed down and it carries a code for genes to make this thing called proteins and there are a ton of different types of them too.
- So do they know that they are in a simulation? And what is the science thing they believe in?
- The way proteins work from what I read works by a stimulus entering a area of their body like th tongue it would be food and then the food would touch the tongues taste buds and then it would go to this thing called a receptor protein and that wold start a signal that goes to the brain and once the brain receives the signal it can identify the taste of the food. But some people don't have the right receptor proteins and they can't taste certain things like this chemical called PTC that some people can taste and some can't. It's pretty complicated

- So from what I read genes work by a trait being passed down and that trait carries a genetic code that has information on how this thing called proteins are made.
