- It was night in a dark city, Mrs. Luella Bates was walking and there was a boy named Roger who had nothing to eat or wear etc.

- The boy had nothing to eat or wear or where to sleep so he decided to do the wrong thing
- FALLING ACTION
- Mrs. Luella Bates was walking in the dead of night
- RESOLUTION
- Then Roger tried to steal what he had but he couldn't and the lady fell down and hit him hard, he didn't call the police or anything but he took him to her house
- Then she gave him a delicious dinner, they ate and talked about why he did that and told him why he had nothing to eat or drink or wear etc ...
- Then she told him not to do that again and he learned that what he was doing was wrong and that he should not do that and that the resolution was not that it was to work hard and always be honest gave him money and he said Thank you - Ma'm
