- the business cycle....expansion - the economy is growing recession - the economy is starting to slow down depression - the economy has been going down for a while trough - in between period between recession and recovery

- my new business is doing better than i ever could imagine, the economy is doing so well we might be able to expand faster than expected!
- recession
- the market is starting to go down and we are starting to have trouble selling enough to keep the company going after the expanding we did last quarter... we may have to lay off people if this continues
- couple months later...
- depression
- yea me too man... me too.
- you alright?
- no, i lost my business after the market crashed and now i have no way to provide for my family because nobody is hiring. i have no idea how i am going to be able to get the essintials to at least live .
- months after the recesion
- trough
- the economy has stopped going down but it hasnt started going up yet. i was able to get a lowly job just to make ends meet.
- its not as good as running my own business was but hopefully things will turn around again
- years after loosing the business...
- recovery
- the economy is slowly doing better and im starting to recover some of the cash i lost in the closing of the business. the economy still isnt 100% but it will be soon if it keeps this up
