- My name is Robert Dinwiddie and i need a volunteer to take message to the French to warn them to GET OUT of the Ohio Valley.

- My name is George Washington and i am a brave English man that will risk my life for England to get those pesky French out of the Ohio Valley.
- I am here to deliver a message From Robert Dinwiddie. YOU MUST GET OUT OF THE OHIO VALLEY!!
- NO, IT IS OUR LAND!!
- Virginia governor, Robert Dinwiddie sent troops led by George Washington to take over in 1754.
- HA!! Now we have a fort!!
- Rober Dinwiddie found the perfect person, GEORGE WASHINGTON!! Yes, the 1st president of the United States. Washington also grew up in a very wealthy family.
- Yay we got them!!!!
- George Washington went and the French and the British were fighting over the Ohio River Valley.
- This land is for our farmers now.
- To discourage the British, the French built Fort Duquesne.
- Get Them!!!
- Washington defeated a small French fort, but was then defeated when the French counter-attacked.
- OH NO!
- In 1755, the colonists and the British defeated two French forts near Nova Scotia. The British met defeat when general Edward Braddock led British troops into a French and Indian ambush near fort Duquesne. He died but Washigton was able to lead a retreat.
