- Sister" the reasort was amazing I had crazy hihg expectations when we walked in it was perfectly spotless and the front desk people are so nice and they handed us leahs and the room key so quickly and even a cocktail.

- But when we go to our room it was on the 2nd floor, I couldnt see the view, and it had only 1 bed. The kids had no where to sleep. I was furious.

- As I marched back downstairs to get the room I paid for she not only upgraded us she comped us for one of the nights for the inconvenience. Also we got free snorkeling lessons the family loved it.
- The rest of the trip was going great. There was waterslides great food you have to go there.
- Then they took it even a step further the night before we left they gave us a late check out so we didnt have to rush. Im so glad they messed up LOL
