Mr. Taft, why don't we talk about your nutritional habits, and what we can do to change them.
Mr. Taft has been struggling with his weigh gain, and has not been feeling well. He went to is doctor for a check up which showed he has developed diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
Mr. Taft remembered when he was a child, all he ate was candy and treats, but never thought about his choices because they did not affect his weight or how he felt. He still chose those same foods as an adult.
Dr. Price explained to Mr. Taft that poor nutritional choices during childhood can be very difficult to break as adults, and cause health issues as you get older.
