- Boxer serves the pigs and basically does all the work they should be doing. He serves them and doesn’t have a choice because he is so dumb he doesn’t know what the pigs mean so he always is manipulated into working for the pig's
- Boxer’s role on the farm is to work and build the windmill. He works very well after the rebellion and works as 3 horses. He is one of the main workers and works as one of the most hardworking animals on the farm.
- Napoleons role on the farm is to be a right hand man for snowball and make some choices for the farm. Napoleon is one of the leading pigs but is always under snowballs shadow.
- During the battle of the cowshed, boxer fought the hardest and got injured very badly. After his hoof was split and he could barely work anymore. The pigs said they were sending boxer to a vet but they actually sent boxer to a horse slaughter house. Then boxer was killed and the pigs said his lasts words were “ i will work harder, long live Napoleon”.
- Napoleon is always under snowballs shadow and never gets to make bug choices. He just is there and never does anything major and always has to listen what snowball saids.
- Napoleon is tired of being in snowballs shadow so he takes over. He becomes the new ruler of the farm and starts to change everything. He starts to change the rules and break the rules that the pigs made. He started to change the idea of animalism.
