- The scene at Maple Street is quite typical as there's a man cleaning his car. Kids in the background selling ice cream to a man. Things are normal and the neighbors are nice to each other. The setting is established.
- Climax
- A fourteen-year-old tells why the flash of light and sound came from the sky. Aliens and monsters in their ship came to attack the humans so they turned off electricity and contact with the rest of the town, Some locals think its banter but some are apphrenisive in what they do.
- Falling Action
- The flash of light made electricity and the radio/portable go off which made the locals gobsmacked. After the incident, the neighbors talked to each other to decide on what to do. Eventually, Charlie and Steve were going to go to the police to fix up the incident.
- Resolution
- The humans willl tear themselves apart, because that's who they are in the end.
- Results from Maple Street?
- Tensions were running high when Les Goodman's car turned on, as the locals were confronting Les. Pete Van Horn was running back to Maple Street about some potentially important information. But Charlie shot Pete Van Horn because Charlie mistaken him for an evil/dark figure.
- The neighborhood goes bonkers after Charlie shot Pete Van Horn, which led to Les Goodman being backed to his house. While his time might be running out, the Woman sold him to the crowd as she told that he was looking intently at the sky in the night/morning. Which led to Les pleading innocence.
- Get him, he's not one of us.
- The dark figures were responsible for making a light which led to uncertainty in whether or not to trust a person. The death of Pete Van Horn, Les Goodman's reputation in shambles. The dark figures knew how to show humans true colors, they might be civilized, but they are savage and brawny.
