- It is an early Monday morning, Charlotte is feeling enthusiastic about the upcoming school day. Her computer receives a notification, she should have enough time to look before school.
- A picture of Charlotte had been posted on Instagram with some mean comments, suddenly Charlotte does not feel like going to school any more.
- Who posted that picture of me! Why is everyone being so mean?!
- ikr!
- she's such a loser!
- It is now lunchtime - people are whispering about the picture of Charlotte and staring at her, even her friends are acting strange.
- *whisper*
- The mean messages kept on coming and Charlotte started to feel more and more upset and alone. She went home early saying she felt ill.

- Why would anyone be friends with her?!
- Charlotte decided to tell her mum everything that happend, screenshotted the messages that were sent and showed them to her. Her mum said that she would ring the headteacher in the morning. Charlotte felt better after telling someone.
- They send really mean messages about me online mum, my friends don't even talk to me and I don't know what to do!
- After her mum called the school the person who had been cyberbullying Charlotte owned up, Charlotte couldn't believe that her friend would do this and even though she didn't want to be her friend anymore she still forgave her. Charlotte felt much better!
