- This town looks very dark and dirty because the mayor doesn't care enough to change or clean it. He controls the every day lives of everyone who lives in this town,
- When the new mayor was elected four years ago, he signed off the Overpopulation act, meaning that the mayor would pay police officers to take out one family every year to keep the town population numbers down.
- In this dark town of Lerual, sits a town devastated by a complete government overrun
- Even the kids are homeschooled everyday from 7:00-5:00 everyday to try to create them into government informants who bow down to the mayor. Anyone of them disagrees with the way they being taught will be killed immediately
- Everyone who lives in this town wished that they could leave but they can't. The mayor, or what he calls himself "ruler" doesn't allow the people to travel or leave at all. He has police officers ready at every corner of the town to keep everyone in the town
- Because of the Overpopulation Act signed by the mayor, families are forced to sit in fear of being picked each year, and are almost forced to reproduce and pray that their family doesn't get picked to be killed next
- Many people of this town are constantly outraged, shocked, and upset with the way they are being ruled, but if they voice their opinions publicly, they will pay for their actions
