omg where do i begin, doc? i have the most intense neck, back and shoulder pains. a killer headache and not to mention my wrists hurt!
Doc...the weird thing is that this only happens when i work on the weekdays or overtime...weekends my symptoms lessens but every time i work its just back like a boomerang.

1, Get up and stretch.Getting up and stretching could reduce repetitive injuries. you can stretch your neck, wrists, shoulders.... this will help you the most
No slouching! its puts pressure on your back. Like the posture stated before keep you back straight.
For your neck pain . Try not to "crane " head and your neck forward. It will cause strains and cramps.
Also about your headache? It could be the fact that your straining your eyes, make sure your monitor is not too close.
....and a nice little tip for your wrists is to make sure your wrists are flat and straight in relation with forearms to use the keyboard or mouse,
