- When he was young, his parents divorced, and when he was only ten, he went to go live with his grandparents. Soon his father died in a car accident.

- Barack likes to play basketball. He likes the Chicago Bears and the Chicago White Sox. (For baseball) He can speak Indonesian, spanish, and obviously english. He worked at Baskin Robins as a teenager. Now, he doesn't like icecream that much. What a bummer! In fact, he has read all the Harry Potter books.
- Barack Obama has famous quotes. Like this one, "I believe that there are many paths to the same place, and that is a belief that there is a higher power, a belief that we are all connected as people. That there are values that transcend race or culture, that move us forward and theres an obligation for all of us individually as well as collectively to take responsibility to make those values lived." It is important because it talks about faith and hope in choosing a path that connects us as people.
