  • You should also consider the weather. If it is too hot or cold you shouldn't exercise outside. It can cause some serious health issues like heat stroke and heat exhaustion. And in the cold weather you can get hypothermia and frostbite. However if wearing the proper things you can still exercise outdoors in the cold.
  • I really want to do some physical activity but I have no idea what I should do.
  • Some other things to consider are health conditions, personality and attitude, why you decided to participate, your environment, and other things like your acess to nessicary things to particapate.
  • Lets start with some simple questions to ask yourself. What components or physical fitness do you want to work on? What types of activity do you like? Do any activities help you relieve stress? What sports skills do you have? Do you want to do this with a other people or by yourself? Where is this offered? Will you need supplies/things do you need and do you need somewhere to do it.
  • You also might take into account your caloric balance. This is the ratio between your calorie intake and the calories you are burning.
