- This was on its way to Mexico before we intercepted it. It was sent from Germany.
- "We shall endeavor to keep the United States neutral. In the event of this not succeeding, we make Mexico a proposal of alliance...: Make war together, make peace together,... and... Mexico is to reconquer the lost territory in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona..."
- I don't believe this is a cause for concern because Mexico is already stretched to its limits with its own civil war. But this is a cause for consideration since is seems that Germany is plotting against us.
- We must stop Germany from continuing their barbaric submarine warfare!
- We have to do something about Germany's unrestricted submarine warfare. They are targeting the unprotected passenger and merchant ships killing innocent people!
- Entering the war might be our next move because we cannot allow this to continue, and Germany has decided to call an end to their Sussex Pledge. This cannot continue any longer!
