- Sarah, I'm kinda worried about you. You haven't gone a week without smoking since like 8th grade. Do you really think that's healthy?
- I mean I have been coughing that doesn't go away, chest pain, shortness of breath, wheezing, coughing up blood, feeling very tired all the time.
- THAT'S TERRIBLE!! If you don't go to the doctor and get that checked out I'm breaking up with you!
- OKAY FINE CHAD. I'll make my mom take me tomorrow I guess.
- This is so stupid I am literally fine. I am only doing this for Chad.

- Hi Sarah. Your mom told me all of the symptoms you've been having and it looks like signs of lung cancer. Have you been smoking?
- WHAT! LUNG CANCER! I mean yeah I smoke every now and then I didn't think it was that big od a deal.
- It is a big deal. We are going to do an X-ray image of your lungs and see if they reveal an abnormal mass or nodule. A CT scan can reveal small lesions in your lungs that might not be detected on an X-ray. Sputum cytology. If you have a cough and are producing sputum, looking at the sputum under the microscope can sometimes reveal the presence of lung cancer cells.
