- Before you learn the steps of mitosis, you need to know that there is a very important cell structure inside all your cells called a nucleus. The nucleus contains your DNA.

- The thing is though, you have a lot of strands of DNA. I mean, DNA is what makes you YOU, right? So there’s going to be a lot of it.
