Go out for a walk
Today I'm running 10km.
Running strengthens bones and muscles, slashes your risk of heart disease and more.
Eat breakfast
Eggs contain differents kinds of vitamin like, D and B12 and orange juices contains vitamin C.
Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility.

Do yoga
It's always good doing a little bit yoga.
She wakes up at 6:30 in the morning for a walk in her neighborhood.
Eat lunch
It's good to eat protein and minerals diary, like, beefsteaks and fruits.
At 7:30 she eats a bowl of salad, an egg, a banana and orange juice for breakfast.
Go swimming practice
It seems today is not that crowed.
Swimming builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs.
After breakfast she does yoga and later she takes a wash.
At 12 o'clock she eats her lunch that consist in a tomato soap, sushi, steak, a fruit salad for dessert and welchito to drink.
And at 3 in the afternoon she takes swimming pool practice in Plaza Viquez.
