Sorry, but we were waiting for our order for over an hour. I have also seen so many people who walked in here after us get their order first. I'm just so confused as to why our orders took so long.

How come there wasn't a sign about it? That would have totally changed my mind about coming to eat here. Seriously! This has wasted so much of my time.
I would not have eaten here if that was they case. They should have put up a sign to let customers know, plus it is their job to keep all of their machines working. Now my food is cold, the service has been terrible, and I expect to be given the meal for free! For zero dollars and nothing more.
