- Alright ladies. Here is the food that you ordered. Bon appetite and let me know if you need anything.
- (Customer Frances)
- Um, excuse me.
- (Customer Marie)
- Sorry, but we were waiting for our order for over an hour. I have also seen so many people who walked in here after us get their order first. I'm just so confused as to why our orders took so long.
- I understand. One of the grills at this time is out of order and we are working as hard as we can to get everyone's meals out quickly.
- Marie, its all good. They brought the meal and we can enjoy it!
- NO! IT. IS. NOT. OKAY!
- How come there wasn't a sign about it? That would have totally changed my mind about coming to eat here. Seriously! This has wasted so much of my time.
- I would not have eaten here if that was they case. They should have put up a sign to let customers know, plus it is their job to keep all of their machines working. Now my food is cold, the service has been terrible, and I expect to be given the meal for free! For zero dollars and nothing more.
- I understand. I will bring you the bill and charge you for only the drinks. Is there anything else I can get you before that?
- Nope. Just leave us alone and go do your job.
