- Each Day a woman enters a store and sees that there are no customers. Each day she questions the store owner but nevertheless goes on with her day.
- What is he Doing?
- One day she decides to confront the storeowner:
- Sir, your business is clearly struggling. You have no customers each day. It would be a better idea to just sell it!
- The store owner simply smiled and said:
- Ma'am, come back to this address in one month and once I have invested money and gave it time, my store will thrive with customers. If it does not, then I will sell it.
- I doubt it!
- One Month Later
- Woah!
- There you are! What happened here?
- Like I said, I invested money, gave it time and gave it faith and my business sky-rocketed!
- The Moral of this story is that nothing is perfect, but give it time and faith and there will be improvement! In this story the business is like us, the children of God, and God is like the storeowner. He knows that we aren't perfect but he gives us faith and love nevertheless.
