- Do you ever wonder what to do when someone tries to cyberbully you?
- Well, It's quite simple. On basically all social platforms, there is a button that allows you to to prevent this. Two, actually
- Those buttons are the block, and report buttons, in some games, to fit in the theme, the block list is also known as the blacklist.
- The block button will stop the player/user from contacting you any further. If there is a microphone option, you can just mute them.
- The report option takes this to another level. Not only does it stop the user from contacting you anymore, it also sends messages or an account of what happened to the company to let them decide if they should just give them a warning, or to shut down their account either temporarily or even permanently. Remember not to abuse this option, as the company does check the report alert and if they do not find a good enough reason to even give them a warning, they can go after you.
- The report or block buttons usually appear as a flag for the report, and a ban symbol for the block. You can also tell an adult about the attack.
