- No. You can't like Aaron Samuels. He's Regina's ex-boyfriend.
- *Camera pans over to Cady, Gretchen, and Karen in the School Cafeteria.* Cady is telling Gretchen and Karen about a boy she likes.
- Scene 4
- Because she cheated on him.
- *Cut to next scene ; Camera is still focused on Cady, Gretchen, and Karen in the School Cafeteria.* When Cady tells Gretchen and Karen about the boy she likes, they are extremely surprised.
- Scene 5
- Regardless. Ex-boyfriends are off limits to friends. Don't worry. I will never tell Regina what you said. It'll be our secret.
- *Cut to next scene ; the Three Girls are in the Cafeteria.* Gretchen and Karen explain to Cady that the boy she likes is Regina's ex-boyfriend. Regina is one of their friends.
- Scene 6
- Ugh. There's gonna be a fire drill, in, like, two seconds.
- *Cut to next scene ; Camera pans over and zooms into the Three Girls sitting at their lunch table.* Gretchen and Karen go onto explain the history behind Regina and Aaron.
- And then he broke up with her for no reason.
- *Cut to next scene ; Camera is still zoomed on the Three Girls sitting at the lunch table. Gretchen explains to Cady that she can't date Aaron, and promises not to tell Regina about Cady's crush.
- *Cut to next scene ; Camera is now completely focused on Regina as she enters the Cafeteria, grabbing cheese fries and two diet cokes.* Regina says there is going to be a fire drill.
