Step Two: Choose the Location!
The location you choose should be the one that helps you reach your target audience so that the protest is as effective as possible.
So we should plan our protest to take place in the school cafeteria.
Pick a time to stage the protest. Protest at a time when you'll be able to gather the largest crowd and have the greatest impact on your audience.
During lunch would be the perfect time to stage our protest. All the kids will be there.
Step Three: When to Protest!
Check with your city officials about whether you need to get a permit to protest in the location of your choosing.
We can get those permits at City Hall or the local court house.
Step Four: Obtain Permits
Plan what you want to say and in what order. Be clear and precise.
We can do that in the school media center.
Step Five: Make an Agenda
Take this important step to make sure your protest gets as much attention as possible.
We can post information about our protest on social media.
Step Six: Publize the Proest
Step Seven: Bring Protest Supplies
Make posters, flyers, visual aids, or pamphlets to help spread your message and communicate your concerns to others.
Let's make flyers. We can get all our materials at Wal-Mart!
