  • I am really worried. Its been four months now working for this company. I was told that I would be on three months probation and then I would be offered a permanent employment.
  • Which is always the case, yes. I really do not understand why this is happening with you because I also got permanent after the three months.
  • Guys I have an issue. I have been here for more than three months but i have not been employed permanently. I just want to know how you went about it, or ways on how i can solve this.
  • It is the same story with me too. I have eight months now and the manager has not said anything about the contract. i think he even forgot about it.
  • The previous workers here also faced the same issues. Until you take it seriously, he wont change anything about your contract.
  • Sir. I came here to inquire about ,my contract, its been four months now and nothing has changed. I dont have the benefits as same as my colleagues and the salary is still the same.
  • I would advice you to focus on your work. You have employment isn't it? Now what is the problem?
  • These are the employees discussing their employment contract as it has been a while working with the company but not getting permanent.

  • The employees decided to hold a meeting to get a full understanding of what is going on and what the problems are.
  • What happened there shows how unfairly and ill treated those employees are treated. There is enough prrof to show that you as a company are at fault. The least that could be done is meeting your ends meet of the contract and give those employees necessary benefits, rightfully so.
  • I would also like to apologise about how i handled the situation.
  • The human resources department is already on their contracts as we speak. And hopefully the manager will address this in a more suitable manner.
  • The employee decided to deal with internally but the feedback she got from them manager was not pleasing which got her angry and frustrated.
  • We are all new permanent employees!! We made it guys!!
  • The employeees are angry about the response they got from the manager and plan to take the matter further by planning their next action.
  • I am going to get employees that have the same problem and strike because this is not how to handle employees at all!! That is not how to answer people especially on that matter.
  • The shop steward held a meeting with the management to make them aware of the issues wthin their business within their business and tries to find a solution that could be beneficial for all parties but mostly on behalf of the employees.
  • The employees are happy that everything worked with the help of the shop steward.
