- I wonder when the mail will arrive, they said it'll take up to ten business days.
- has it been 10 days yet?

- hmm.. it's been ten days that letter should have arrived already i hope that joe has not gotten to it before me.
- while joe was sleeping, mike is waiting on a mail delivery.
- hey how are you doing you look a bit puzzled?
- I know that Anil will show only a touch of sadness .Not for the loss of money, butfor the loss of trust.
- Mike is on his way to the post office to check for letter he is expecting.

- so tell me what happened how could anyone do that?
- mike realizes that the mail was already picked up, so he must rush home.
- did joe go through fraud or non fraud and what kind was it?
- On the way home Mike runs into Joe...
- we just received our mail and there was a letter under my name for an account i am not aware of.
- the two fellow roommates mike and joe are talking about the situation at hand
- well.. i don't have an account with direct express so I am going to give them a call to find out.
- Joe is explaining to Mike that there was a DX account under his name that was receiving benefits for the last year. The letter he received was for him to fill out for a provisional credit. Now Joe is waiting for an investigation to open.
