- Melanie is walking to her seminar with Josh and is feeling anxious about getting a room booked for an event she is organising
- Yeah, you can just scan this QR code and it tells you everything about the room and lets you book it
- Whilst in her seminar, Melanie realises this seminar room has everything she need for the event
- Melanie is not sure how to book this room so she asks Josh if he knows
- Oh amazing! It looks like this room is booked on the day I wanted but I'll just search for similar rooms
- Josh has used the new room bookings app before so he shows Melanie that there is a QR code in every room that students can scan to view information about that room and book it
- Melanie scans the QR code on her phone and the app loads information about the seminar room including the availability
- Melanie realises this seminar room is not free at the time of her event, so she searches for similar rooms on the app
