- There once was a young boy by the name of George Washington
- When George was six years old, he received a hatchet from his father.
- One day, George was outside with his hatched when he decided he wanted to cut his fathers cherry tree down!
- When his father had figured out what he had done he called for young George to come see clean on what he did
- Young George replied "I simply cannot tell a lie, I cut it down with my hatchet".
- His father was so proud of George because of his honesty and owing up to his deed.
