Mental/Emotional wellness is how you think, feel, and act. One of the biggest factors in your mental/emotional wellness is how you manage stressful situations that arise. Making positive choices for how you deal with stressful situations will improve your mental/emotional wellness.
Physical wellness is how you take care of your body, including exercise, nutrition, and hygiene. Physical activity is a major component of physical wellness. There are 5 health-related components of physical activity: body fat composition, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. A shortcoming in any of these components can affect your physical wellness.
Physical Wellness
Social wellness includes how you interact with people in social situations, including your friends and family. While technology has made interacting with others easier and more convenient, face-to-face interactions are equally as important. Situations such as working with your peers at school on a group project or discussing your job performance with your boss require you to use specific interpersonal skills.
