- Oh no ! I'm late for the meeting. I need to call and inform Bryan ( boss ) as soon as possible.
- Hello ? Sorry sir I'm leaving this voicemail to you inform you I'm going be late for the meeting today. I'm very sorry sir I'll rush to the office as soon as I can.
- Oh on ! Steve didn't pick up his phone. He must be in a meeting now so I'll just leave him voicemail to let him know I will be late for the meeting.
- Ali finally decides to tell me what is going ! Let me check what he send me via voicemail.
- Ali is the sender of the message and he is trying to inform his boss ( Steve ) that he is going to be late for the meeting.
- I'll wait for him to arrive in the office and give him a piece of my mind ! It's the third time he has missed a meeting from oversleeping.
- Ali has encoded the message to Steve through the voicemail channel as Steve did not pick up his phone and is trying to get his message across to him. A barrier to communication is the external noise from the traffic around him.
- This my last and final warning to you and it you are not punctual you will be severely punished and the meeting you missed just now really important.
- I'm very sorry sir I overslept again but I promise I won't repeat my mistakes again.
- Bryan is the receiver and gets the message Peter has sent him, via voicemail and curious what Peter decided to tell him.
- Bryan has decoded Peter's message and he was not very happy with what he heard, so Bryan is waiting for Peter to arrive in the office to give a piece of your mind.
- Bryan gave his feedback to Peter after decoding his message and giving him final warning for being unpunctual.
- In conclusion, the dialogue between Peter and Bryan is a form of a communication process. The dialogue above shows all the process step by step and we could see the whole communication process unfold and it also shows the importance of communication in our daily lives.
