Blood enters the heart through the superior and inferior vena cava

After entering the heart the blood travels into the right atrium
From the right atrium blood travels through the tricuspid valve into the right ventricle

Once the blood has passed through the right ventricle it travels through the pulmonary valve to the pulmonary arteries
The pulmonary arteries lead to the lungs where the carbon dioxide is released and oxygen is gained

Once in the left atrium it goes to the bicuspid valve
Blood leaves the bicuspid valve and enters the left ventricle where it then travels to the aortic valve

Once the blood finishes passing through the aorta it gets sent to the rest of the body
