Flavius came outside to find people shouting for Caesar. Flavius not being happy at them, telling them to get back to work for this isn't a holiday.

Lucius told Brutus that 15 days of March were over, because that is how many days the woman told Caesar to look out; for something bad would happen to him.
Act 5, Scene 3
Farewell, good Strato. (runs on his sword) Caesar, now be still. I killed not thee with half so good a will.
This is the Scene where they kill Caesar. Once they kill Caesar they want to tell the people that they are free of the Tyranny.
"Don't always trust the people you think are close to you. "
Antony and Octavius are discussing their plan for what they are going to the ones who killed Caesar. (No matter who they are.)
This act and scene is where Strato had helped Brutus kill himself. He was saying his final farewells to everyone including Caesar before he died.
Shakespeare shows us in Julius Caesar that people fearing high power made them do unwilling things to people they were close with. Leading to a killing of a highly ranked member, war, and suicide.
