- The cause is that one day Rusell and Piper were playing with their toy guns when Maniac got super annoyed. Maniac stomped on the guns until they were nothing but plastic splinters.  Because of that Rusell and Piper were really mad and kicked Maniac out of their house. "Get out of my house", said Rusell

- The cause is that after Mars Bar tried to convince Maniac to come to live with him and failed, he called Amanda Beale to the buffalo pen to give him a lecture. "I didn't come all the way here in my nightshirt and slippers and climb that fence and almost kill myself so I could hear your tell me you can't", she said
- The cause is that One day Grayson dies in his sleep. Maniac goes to his funeral and finds out that not a lot of people are there and the people who are there are not very respectful.
- The effect was that after Maniac got kicked out of their house, he slept in the park for two nights. He also sat in the library reading books.
- The effect was that after a good lecture Maniac finally agreed to go and live with the Beales. And everyone was happy
- The effect is that Maniac has nowhere to go and he doesn't want to live in the equipment room. He takes a few things with him and starts walking until he finds Rusell and Piper.
