- My name Coronada I went to Texas to search for gold and the native Americans said there was gold in the city of Cibola known as the city of gold and the native of Americans took me there and when on the way to the city I was the first person other than the native of Americans to find the Palo Duro canyon and the Pacific ocean but when I got there there was no gold and I was a failure but I found a lot of land for Spain and I almost for got to tell you I was Spanish and after that my country Spain lost interest in Texas and that was my story .

- hello my name is la salle I am from France and I was going to travel to the mississippi because I found it but I missed my turn and ended up in east Texas and built a fort called the st.louis but the sad thing I got killed but my own men because my men thought I was being a bad leader but the Spain got back Into Texas and that built missions then Spain regained Texas again and that is my story

- if I could explore ever I want I would travel to the artic because know one has really explored and I bet there more stuff than we think is there and if there is fresh water and find new animals and that is where I would explore
