- Harriet Tubman was a former slave from the South who went back to save others using the Underground Railroad in the 1840s.
- When she and the other slaves reach the north, Harriet rests for a few days before going back.

- On her way to the forest she encountered slave-catchers.
- I am a old woman who came a few days ago.

- Now it's time for a fresh start! Stay hidden and stay out of sight of the slave catchers.
- Throughout her life, Harriet Tubman has been recognized for freeing over 300 slaves from the South!
- Many years later, Harriet served as a spy for the north during the american civil war.
- She lived her last years happily and died in 1913 at the age of 93 due to pneumonia. I think she lived a very interesting life, don't you?
