who could it be?

It's late in the evening and Ryan is watching a film with his girlfriend when he gets a call from a random number. He decides to answer to see who is calling this late in the day.

Ryan goes in the hall to receive the call and finds that it's from his bank. They're calling to confirm his details. He's cautious as first but at the constant pleas to hurry from his girlfriend he gives in and quickly gives everything over without a second thought.
