- Jack are you sure you don't want any water, you know its hot out right? You shouldn't even have your pads on!
- I'll be fine Lucy don't worry about it, lets play!
- Huff Huff why am so I dizzy all of a sudden.
- Go long!
- What's going on, I don't feel so good.
- Are you ok, what's happening! I'll call 911!
- Lucy told me that Jack felt dizzy at the field yesterday and she said that he wasn't sweating at all.
- Yea he shouldn't of worn his pads in that heat yesterday. He didn't even drink any fluids.
- Yea, he should of also moved his training back when it was cooler outside.
- Lucy said that the doctor said Jack got heat stroke.
- Next time Jack should make sure to frequently drink water or some sort of sports drink before, during, and after the practice. He could have also taken some break periods to rehydrate throughout the training.
- He could of left his pads off like Lucy did.
- I feel great now that it's cooler outside.
- Ok, ok I get it. Now lets go play!
- Yea and now that your being smart and not wearing pads and actually drinking water.
