- Your Honor, The decision to whether or not salute the flag is protected by the first amendment. This schools act violates the first amendment by forcing people to do things that goes against their own religion
- 'national unity is the basis of national security." National unity is far more important than their religious freedom since it is what keeps us together. If students don't salute, then it can decrease patriotism. Therefore,  keep pledging the flag because it is a citizen duty
