- Geoffs Story
- This is Geoff.....
- Geoff is a Transport Manager for Kuehne and Nagel...
- Our Story Starts one Friday Night.... just before Christmas
- Geoff was all tucked up in bed...it was the middle of thenight when...all of a sudden........
- Geoff's phone began to ring!
- Geoff awoke with a jump and banged his head...
- It was the Warehouse....the milk delivery had not arrived and pick was due to start
- Geoff dispared that he could not get hold of the supplier. it was 1am and time was of the essence!
- Geoff had an idea! he was determined that the customer would not suffer!
- Geoff got in his car and raced across Manchester
- When Geoff got to the suppliers it was deserted!..When Geoff spotted the delivery
- With one call back to the depot the vehicle was on its way!
- The milk arrived in depot in time for required pick and once again.....
- So how did Geoff show focus and excellence?
- Kuehne and Nagel saved the world from Mediocre Coffee
- And the coffee drinkers of the North lived Happily Ever After
