- i am the first woman in the world to climb mount everest twice and the first woman to successfully climb mount everest from kangshung face . I climbed the peak first in may and again in may 1993 with an indo -nepalese team
- she was sixth child and have five elder brother,so her grandmother wanted a girl and she got so much love that she became a non traditional girl
- I than threatened my parents for higher studies in delhi for it and after than i went to maharani college at jaipur and got a room in at kasturba hotel which faced aravalli hills and then disappear
- than she want to nehru institute of mountaineers, so wrote an apology letter to her father as he didn't know it she practiced climbing and becamew the youngest to climb mount everest twice at the age of 20
- I tried to save two mountaineers but could save only one named mohan singh .and climb 2nd time with indo-neplese and then she got padamshri from indian government
- she brougth 500kg of garbage from the himalayas as she wanted cleaniness
