- C'mon get out
- At the beginning of the story, the Socs and the Greasers get in a fight and the Socs threatened Ponyboy as he left the movie. The working class are the Greasers, and the upper class was the Socs. The Greasers are Ponyboys friends. Randy is the leader of the Socs.
- We won
- In this scene, the Greasers and Socs meet up at a park, with their cars. The Socs try to drown Ponyboy because he called the Socs white trash. Ponyboy wakes up after he is almost drowned to find out that Johnny killed Bob.
- This fighting is piontless
- Dallas, Johnny, and Ponyboy are driving by and see a fire in the church. They hear that there are kids inside and rescue all of them. They are sent to the hospital for burns and breathing in smoke.
- Get on the ground
- This scene is where the rumble happens. All of the Socs and Greasers fight and the Greasers won because the Socs got scared and ran away.
- This scene is where Johnny dies because of his burns and a spinal injury from the fire. Ponyboy and Dallas are really sad when he dies. Johnny says the fighting is pointless. Johnny was a lifelong friend that always was a tough man.
- Dallas was losing his mind due to the fights and the deaths. He tries to rob a store and is eventually gunned down and shot by the police.
