  • "Hail Caesar! Read this schedule" (Line 3, Scene 1, Page 43, Artemidorus). Artemidorus calls out to Caesar, trying to convince him to read his document, but Caesar ignores him.
  • Trebonius distracting Mark Antony and drawing him out of the way, so thaat he doesn't interfere with the assassination of Caesar. "He draws Mark Antony outof the way" (Line 26, Scene 1, Page 44, Cassius).
  • Metellus Cimber and the conspirators conversing with Caesar and the senate to free Publius Cimber. "Desiring thee that Publius Cimber may have an immediate freedom of repeal" (Lines 53-54, Scene 1, Page 45, Brutus) says Brutus, in aid of Metellus Cimber, but more importantly, setting up the scenario to assasinate Caesar.
  • Casca strikes Caesar, as do the other conspirators. "Et tu, Brute - Then fall, Caesar!" (Line 77, Scene 1, Page 46, Julius Caesar) says Caesar, shocked that even Brutus was a conspirator against him.
  • "People and senators, be not affrighted, fly not, stand still! Ambitions debt is paid" (Lines 82-83, Scene 1, Page 46, Brutus). Brutus says this, trying to calm the public down as chaos ensure following the assassination of Caesar.
  • "Publius, good cheer, There is no harm intended to your person, Nor to no Roman else. So tell them, Publius" (Lines 89-91, Scene 1, Page 48, Brutus). Brutus trys to get Publius Cimber to convince the Roman common folk that they should no be afraid of them.
