- Hi. You need to update this form in regular basis to reflect any changes of your personal status from the time that you have been recruited/last declaration
- What is the purpose of this declaration? Why does PVM want to know my personal relationship? Have I broken any Company regulations?
- The declaration is to protect and guide you. The Conflict of interest is big area and included the potential interest. Hence anything has not been declared in the form and someone reports this to PVM. This makes company suppose that you have hidden something. In addition, all declarations shall be reviewed to ensure that they are classified and resolved properly according to Company regulations.
- Oh... ok, I got it. Will complete the form now.
